SKIM PINJAMAN INDUSTRI KECIL DAN SEDERHANA (SPIKS)

Introduction

SPIKS is a joint venture between Ministry of Industrial & Entrepreneur Development Sarawak (MIED) and Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC). The scheme was being implemented to assist and develop small and medium enterprise in manufacturing, services or information technology sector.

Objective

  • Initiate loan facilities to assist small and medium enterprise in the manufacturing, services and information technology sector.
  • Develop small and medium entrepreneurs who are competitive, viable and resilient.
  • Assist and promote small and medium enterprise entrepreneurs who are involved in manufacturing, processing, service and ICT sector.

Facilities

  • Provide financial loan to Bumiputera entrepreneurs with interest rate of 4% per year and the payment need to be settle up to seven (7) years upon approval.
  • Financial loan purpose(s):
    • Working Capital
    • Purchase Machineries
    • Renovation of Business Premises

Terms and Conditions

  • Malaysian Citizenship (Bumiputera, reside in Sarawak).
  • Age 21 years old and above.
  • Business registered with Business Registration / Company Registration.
  • Business operation has running for at least 1 year with full-time basis.

Loan Limit

  • Minimum : RM 10,000.00
  • Maximum : RM 250,000.00
