SEDC provides both formal and informal training or public programmes for its staff. Each staff member in SEDC is required to attend minimum of 7 days training per year.
In-House Training Programme
Human resource development is aimed at improving staff performance by giving them the opportunity to develop their competencies. This will enable them to fulfill their current responsibilities and to pursue their career goals.
External Training / Public Programme
Besides the in-house training programme, each staff member is also encouraged to attend relevant external training / public programmes which are organised by local training institutions.
K-Clinic / Staff Awareness Programme
Staff are also encouraged to participate in K-Clinic, an avenue / forum for information sharing organized the 3rd Wednesday of each month
