Introduction to PIBU

The Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) in collaboration with the State Financial Secretary Office (SFS) have approved the existence and implementation of the Entrepreneur Development Program through the Entrepreneurship Incubation Centre or Pusat Inkubator dan Bimbingan Usahawan (PIBU) to extend scope of activities and direction to Bumiputera entrepreneurs in business and enterprise.

Objective

Establishment of temporary offices for rent to potential entrepreneurs and existing entrepreneurs who still need offices to be registered with relevant government / private agencies.
PIBU adopts a 3G approach:
- Common office space (Gunasama ruang pejabat)
- Common office facilities (Gunasama kemudahan pejabat)
- Common office services (Gunasama perkhidmatan)

Service and Facilities Provided

Continuous entrepreneurial training
Business guidance and counseling
Resource Center related to training, tender and business information
Support letter to government / private agency
Added value of service applied:
- Accounting
- Auditing
- Secretarial and Legal
- Taxation
- Others related to business management

Terms and Conditions

Full Time
Entrepreneurs rent the office rooms with monthly rental fees and entitle to use the office facilities and services.

Entrance Fee
One Time Membership : RM 53.00
3 Months Deposit : RM 450.00
Monthly Rent (for 2 years) & GST : RM 159.00
Total RM 662.00

Part Time
Entrepreneurs use PIBU as a business address only and entitle to use the office facilities and services.

Entrance Fee
Membership & GST : RM 106.00
Total RM 106.00
