ROSEWOOD CATTLE STATION PTY LTD

Rosewood Station Pty Ltd is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of SEDC and is located in the Northern Territory, Australia with a land size of 296,169 ha (731,834 acres). The principal activity of Rosewood Station is cattle breeding (Brahman Crossed with Charolais). The maximum carrying capacity is 30,000 heads of cattle. Rosewood Station is among the main suppliers of feeder steer and breeder cattle to Sarawak. In addition, the main markets of Rosewood Station are Australia and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei).

Carmor Plains Station, Northern Territory, Australia

41,500 hectares (102,547 acres) Carmor Plains Station is a 100% owned by Rosewood Station Pty Ltd a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEDC. The station is located at Point Steward District of the Northern Territory, Australia approximately 220 km from Port Darwin.

Carmor Plains will provide complementary production system to Rosewood Cattle Station by allowing the growing young cattle to export weights at a time of year that is opposite to the growing season at Rosewood Cattle Station. The primary livestock growing season at Rosewood Cattle Station extents from November to May; whereas at Carmor Plains Station, the primary growing season extents from May to December.

Rosewood Station Pty Ltd plan to utilise Carmor Plains Station as an export cattle growing property, taking approximately 5,000 to 7,000 heads of young weaner cattle from Rosewood Station each year and growing them to export weights to be sold to Australian Exporters.

PPES Ternak Sdn Bhd is a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of SEDC and is located at Jalan Mersawa, Bintawa Kuching. The company is operating on a land area of 5.44 acres with its principal activities which are supply of halal carcasses for Ibadah Qurban and local butchers, cattle feedlotting and marketing. Bintawa feedlot can accommodate up to 180 heads of cattle at any one time. PPES Ternak Sdn Bhd has been accredited with the halal certification from the Sarawak Islamic Religious Department ("JAIS") and Exporter Supply Chain Assurance System ("ESCAS").

KARABUNGAN FARM

Karabungan Farm is wholly managed by PPES Ternak Sdn Bhd. Karabungan Farm is located 75 km away from the town of Miri. The land size is 234.7 hectares (580 acres). The principal activities at Karabungan Farm are cattle and deer breeding, feedlotting, slaughtering and marketing. The maximum carrying capacity is 500 heads of cattle. The farm and its facilities have been accredited with the halal certification from the Sarawak Islamic Religious Department ("JAIS") and Exporter Supply Chain Assurance System ("ESCAS").

SIBURAN HALAL ABATTOIR COMPLEX

The abattoir shall be managed and operates by PPES Ternak Sdn Bhd (100% wholly-owned subsidiary of SEDC) and is located at 16 mile Siburan, Kuching Division with 8.1 hectares (20 acres) of land size (estimated develop area of 6.37 acres). The main activity is for ruminant slaughtering with daily slaughtering capacity of 100 cattle, 50 goats and 50 deers. Among the facilities available at the complex are slaughterhouses, meat processing and packaging for export and local markets.
