DAMAI PENINSULA DEVELOPMENT
The Damai Peninsula Development is currently under the Damai Master Plan which aim to induce diversity of visitor arrival to Damai Peninsula, to strengthen visitors’ length of stay and to enhance economic involvement of the local Damai community. The development includes improvement of existing catalytic infrastructure & amenities and development of new tourist attractions.

This masterplan has also strategized the development of residential and commercial real estates with the aim to enhance the financial feasibility of the masterplan.
The development planning is phased into three development phases where the earlier phase would focus on real estate developments as well as refurbishment of Damai’s existing resort hospitality assets to enhance tourism outlook and to sustain asset valuation. In the later phase, new hospitality assets will be developed to facilitate growth in visitor arrivals.
