Medan Niaga Miri
Medan Niaga SEDC Miri began operations in October 2018 and is a new shopping and dining destination in the heart of Miri City. It is located along Jalan Melayu on one side and Jalan Bendahara on the other side.
The 3-storey complex comprises of 36 units arcade shops on the Ground Floor and First Floor while the Second Floor houses 22 units of food and beverage stalls.
Sarawak Plaza
Sarawak Plaza is located in Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kuching's Golden Triangle, next to the Grand Margherita Hotel. Sarawak Plaza offers a variety of shopping options including fashion boutiques, international brand sports shops, leisure shops, restaurants, currency exchanges and personal care stores. Sarawak Plaza is strategically located in the city's central business district and is a hotspot for domestic and international tourists.
The three-story car park at Sarawak Plaza is equipped with a digital and intelligent License Plate Recognition (LPR) system for hassle-free entry and exit. Connected to Sarawak Plaza is SEDC Plaza, formerly known as Menara SEDC, a high-rise office building housing a corporate office.
Sarawak Plaza opens daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Riverside Shopping Complex
Riverside Shopping Complex (RSC), or Riverside for short, is located between the Riverside Majestic Hotel Puteri Wing and the Riverside Majestic Astana Wing at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman offering shopping to guests of both hotels as well as other visitors and as a place of leisure. Riverside is also home to MST GOLF Superstore, the largest and most extensive Golf Superstore in East Malaysia and a one-stop golf centre offering complete golf services for players.
The popular 24-lane Riverside Super Bowl on the fifth floor provides competitive fun for passionate bowlers. The mall is a convenient stopover for hotel guests or tourists to shop for souvenirs and handicrafts. The mall is surrounded by popular restaurants serving a variety of local, western and oriental dishes.
Kubah Ria
One of the most popular and visited dining destinations in Kuching City, Kubah Ria Complex, started operating in August 2010, and is located along Jalan Matang at Petra Jaya, fronting the Sarawak River. Over 40 retail outlets and food stalls reside in Kubah Ria Complex. Kubah Ria offers a wide variety of Sarawak local favourites such as Sarawak Laksa, Kolo mee, Linut, Sarawak Umai among others.
In the retail department, Sarawak handicraft, Kek lapis Sarawak (layer cake), fabric textile, pharmacy, saloons are available. The complex has a central Concourse area where events and activities take place.

Topspot
Topspot is the go-to place to satisfy your seafood cravings in Kuching City. Located at Jalan Bukit Mata, on the 6th Floor; rooftop of Taman Kereta, a multi-level car park, and UTC Sarawak, Topspot offers a wide number of seafood stalls to choose from for your delectable palate.
Topspot is just a few minutes’ walk from either Grand Margherita Hotel and Sarawak Plaza or from Riverside Majestic Hotel and Riverside Shopping Complex. If you are looking to feast at Topspot, it is advisable to get there earlier as the food court usually gets crowded by 6:00 PM with most tables almost completely occupied., or you could make a reservation beforehand to save a spot. You can choose to climb a few flights of stairs or use the elevator to the 6th Floor to Topspot.
There are half a dozen stalls at Topspot that offer a wide range of seafood selection, all of which offer their own unique style of dish on their menu.
Popular ones among patrons are ABC Seafood, Bukit Mata 25 Seafood, Ling Loong Seafood, Muslim Seafood, and TSH Topspot Seafood to name a few. There is also a drinks station where you can get a large cup of refreshing Pandan Coconut beverage or any drinks offered on their menu.
Topspot Food Court opens daily from 5:00PM to 10:30 PM
UTC Sarawak
UTC Sarawak is located at Aras 2, UTC Sarawak, Jalan Bukit Mata, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak. It opened to the public on October 1, 2014, and was inaugurated on February 26, 2015, by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. UTC stands for Urban Transformation Center or Pusat Transformation Bandar. It is one of the government initiatives and initiatives to provide municipalities with a one-stop centre or building for a range of critical government and private sector services.
This is part of the Blue Ocean Strategy put in place to improve service quality through strategic cooperation between government agencies and the private sector. In general, city communities can conduct various operations with government and private sectors in one building, saving time without having to travel to other government buildings.
