Scope

Working capital, renovation of business premises, and purchase of equipment

Target Group

Existing Sarawak Bumiputera entrepreneurs in manufacturing, processing, services, and ICT sectors. Business does not include agriculture (upstream).

Eligibility

1. Bumiputera entrepreneurs with a valid and registered business (ROB/ROC) in Sarawak.
2. Having a proper and formal place of business (esp. for major towns).
3. Full-time and fully involved in business.
4. Business in operation (minimum 6 months)

Loan Limit

Amounting from RM10,000.00 to RM250,000.00

Interest Rate

4%

Period of Loan

Maximum 7 years

Guarantors/ Security

For Sole-Proprietor/ Partnership Business:

1. RM50,001.00 to RM100,000.00 : 1 persons.
2. RM100,001.00 to RM250,000.00 : 2 persons.
3. Minimum salary of guarantor(s) : RM2,000.00 (nett) per month
4. Staff or any person associated to the company is not allowed to become the guarantor(s).
5. No cross-guarantee of loans.
6. Guarantor is not a bankrupt

For Sdn. Bhd Company:

1. The company Board of Directors shall automatically become the guarantors to the loan.
2. Guarantor is not a bankrupt
